By commissioning me you are automatically agreeing to these terms:

General

  1. I take PayPal payments from all customers via Invoice.

  2. If you are paying through Credit Card/Bank via PayPal’s system, please let me know.

  3. I will not draw: | Characters committing; self-harm/incest/pedophilia/suicide/rape/etc | Any military or police force uniforms or insignia, in particular those which are referencing non-fictional ones | Any firearms, unless fictional | Ask me if you are unsure about your request.

  4. Complex character designs may require an additional fee ranging 5€-50€

  5. Scars (of any kind), disability aids such as crutches, wheelchairs, canes, etc on/with a character's design - will always be free of the complexity fee charge.

  6. Any additional character to the same composition will cost an additional 50%-70% of the original commission price. (Does not apply to multi-character Your Character Here commission types)

  7. I have the right to reject any commission request for any reason. This usually doesn't happen, but if it does happen it would likely be because either the character is too complex for me to draw, your requested content that I’m not comfortable drawing or my commissions are currently closed.

  8. I do not appreciate complains about commission prices. They are priced based on the time and effort I put into my work, as well as current demands. If you're interested in a payment plan we both can agree on, please be ready for negotiation.

  9. I am not currently available for any volunteer work, so if you contact me with the intention of receiving my service please be aware that they will only be appropriate to discuss if my work is paid for. On rare occasions, I will open requests, and sometimes I have art trades open. Look for the appropriate journals/posts/tweet for openings for those.

  10. I might get sick, or be out of town, life happens - which might make the process longer to complete, but the moment you pay your price, I am committed to finish your commission and to update you if such a case occurs.

  11. The estimated time of delivery for any commission is up to 60 days, depending on the complexity of the piece.

  12. If you’d like to know a more accurate estimated date for when your commissioned work will be complete, feel free to ask.

  13. Feel free to remind me or check on the process of your commission. I will send you Work In Progress snapshots when possible.

  14. Commissions will always be a higher priority to finish before art trades or requests. They are listed in a to-do list by the date I’ve received the payment and the estimated date I’ve delivered.

  15. Despite commissioning holding a high priority, that does not guarantee that they will always be completed first. Life happens, and in a period when I’m currently pressured with time it might delay the process. (I will update about such periods either publicly or privately to the awaiting customers).

  16. Copyright to the artwork remains mine, the artists. None of my artwork may be re-posted or re-uploaded without my written permission.

  17. Contact me at [email protected] for any additional information regarding any commercial use of my work.

Art Process

  1. After receiving all the references, description, and additional information required for the completion of the piece, I will send an invoice via PayPal, the invoice is due 10 days by default.

  2. Only once I receive the full payment, I will begin to work on the initial sketch or multiple composition thumbnails depending on the commission type.

  3. In case of a large/complex custom piece (not YCH), I will contact you with up to 3 rough composition thumbnails to choose from for me to continue the work on. Afterward, I'll contact you once again with a cleaner sketch of the chosen thumbnail to accept any tweaks, changes, and fixes.

  4. In case of a YCH or a simpler piece, I will contact you with the initial sketch to accept any tweaks, changes, and fixes. Revisions after this stage will be up to a cost (see more info in the 'Revisions' section below)

  5. Once the tweaks/changes of the sketch are confirmed, I will continue to proceed to coloring, shading, and painting the piece. WIP previews may be requested throughout the process by the customer.

  6. I will contact you once the piece is finished, and I'll need an e-mail address to send the final, full-resolution artwork to.

  7. I will be publishing/posting the piece online as I choose unless you clearly request differently when you first contact me about the commission.

Revisions

  1. I will accept up to 2 minor revisions for no additional cost (Example; correcting a mistake of a character’s design/finished piece rendering/tweaking minor background elements)

  2. Any other revision beyond the initial sketch stage will come at an additional cost, which may vary upon the complexity of the request.

Payment

  1. I take all payments upfront before the commission is done. I will not start your commission unless you've paid.

  2. I do not do holds. Normally my commissions are open for long periods of time so when you have the funds, come back and place your order.
